Judicial letter over mid-air collision
With reference to the item carried yesterday under the title Action For Damages Over 2006 Fatal Mid-Air Collision, it must be specified that the action taken so far by Firewall Aviation Ltd against Flying Aces Ltd is a judicial letter. The judicial letter calls upon Flying Aces Ltd to make good for damages sustained as a result of the collision between two aircraft over Marsamxett Harbour during an air race.
