After-party litter in Marsascala

Triq iż-Żinzell in Marsascala is being used as a dumping area for parties and other activities held regularly by organisers using the Razzett tal-Ħbiberija grounds.

The street is littered with plastic plates, bottles, empty wine cartons and aluminium foil. Not to mention the occasional pouring of cooking oil in a nearby rainwater culvert!

It seems rather strange that the Razzett administration seem to do nothing about it.

Furthermore, does this street fall under the responsibility of the Marsascala local council?

I doubt it, as the street cleaner is conspicuous by his absence.
