Third-age university

The University of the Third Age will be accepting applications from those interested in attending lectures for the programme to be held during 2008/2009 as from September 15.

Lectures will be held at the Floriana Centre from Monday to Thursday from 9 to 11 a.m. and at the Sliema Centre on Tuesday and Thursday from 5 to 7 p.m. The programme will start on October 6.

Each module has a series of eight lectures.

Application forms can be collected from and handed in at the U3E office at the Floriana Centre located on the ground floor of the Catholic Institute, Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to noon.

Applicants from Sliema can process their applications at the Sliema Centre located at the Salesian Centre, Mons. Depiro Street, Sliema on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5 to 7 p.m. as from September 16. The University of the Third Age forms part of the European Centre of Gerontology of the University of Malta.
