Police initiative raises €1,300 for charity

Police motorcycle enthusiasts raised €1,300 yesterday as they were joined by friends in a charity ride from the police garage to Qormi.

The charity ride is held annually and 120 bikers took part this year.

The funds will be donated to the Malta Hospice Movement.

Funds collected in three other editions of the initiative were presented to the Siġġiewi home for the disabled and the Sliema Crèche.
