I was brought up with much love and all that I ever wished for. However, a friend introduced me to YWCA, a worldwide voluntary movement that unites 25 million women in over 122 countries and 100 affiliated autonomous national YWCAs. Their aim is to build an association that provides solutions, to sustain and develop the wide spectrum of holistic services to underprivileged women and families.
Malta's YWCA went to a lot of trouble to help this couple by providing them with much needed furniture and other items to help them live decently. I thank the YWCA for their sterling work and appeal to people to donate furniture and other items which are still in good condition.
