The Tissue Viability Unit (Malta) is hosting the European Tissue Repair Society conference with the theme Collaboration For Better Wound Care: Industry, Scientist And Clinicians.
This conference is usually aimed at medical staff and scientists, but for the first time a nursing/paramedical symposium will run concurrently.
The speakers hail from a variety of professions with most of the foreign speakers renowned the world over.
There will also be local speakers and an exhibition from the industry and a poster presentation.
The organising committee is anticipating the participation of 200 delegates and would like the local community to take the opportunity to make the most of this informative and educational event.
