Lebanese army helicopter hit by gunfire - source
A Lebanese army helicopter made a forced landing after being hit by gunfire in south Lebanon, a Lebanese security source said, adding that the pilot had been killed.
No other details were immediately available and it was not clear who had fired on the helicopter.
The Lebanese army deployed in the southern border region, along with a reinforced UN peacekeeping force, after Israel's war with Lebanese Hezbollah guerrillas in 2006.
