Karl Chircop to receive treatment in the UK
Labour MP Karl Chircop's medical condition is continuing to improve and he will be taken to the UK for further treatment on Thursday, the Health Department said this afternoon.
Dr Chircop was admitted to hospital on August 3 suffering from a brain haemorrhage. He is still in intensive care.
The Chircop family thanked the medical staff all those who showed support.
