Island Hotels runs course for trainers

Island Hotels Group general managers and HR managers have been certified 'Yes I Can!' hotel trainers after an intensive three-day course at the Radisson SAS Bay Point Resort, led by Celine Ballereau, a senior trainer based at the Radisson SAS Resort in Egypt. The recently revamped version of 'Yes I Can!' will be delivered to all the group's 1,000 employees across all properties. By the end of the year, the trainers would have run 6,000 hours of training.
