Prison inmate admits trafficking drugs
Charles Steven Muscat, also known as Il-Pipps, was this morning jailed for eight months and fined €466 after admitting trafficking heroin in September 1995.
Mr Muscat has, since 1999, been serving a 25-year jail term for a double murder.
The case was heard before Magistrate Antonio Micallef Trigona.

does this mean that he is now going to be serving 25 -odd years- & additional 8 months??? wow - and what about the €466 where would he pay that from??
