Mario Mifsud, 43 of Pembroke, was arraigned before Magistrate Paul Coppini today and accused of having threatened a policeman in Comino yesterday afternoon.

He was also accused of unlawful possession of a harpoon and breaching public order.

He pleaded not guilty and was granted bail against a deposit of €500. He was also banned from going to Comino while the case is pending.
