€280,000 still waiting to be collected

The winner of the Super 5 jackpot amounting to €280,000, drawn on July 9, has not yet claimed his or her winnings.

The winning numbers were 11, 15, 9, 32, 14.

The winning ticket was bought on July 8 from a lotto booth in Naxxar, Maltco Lotteries Ltd said.

A 30-day claim period from the draw date applies to all prizes. If the last claim day falls on Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday, the claim period will be extended to the first working day thereafter. In this case the last working day is August 8, a Friday.

The lottery company is bound to transfer prizes which remain unclaimed to the Good Causes Fund in terms of the Lotteries and Other Games Act (2001).
