Malta, Libya sign health cooperation MoU
Malta and Libya have signed a memorandum of understanding to further their cooperation in the health sector.
The MoU was signed by Social Policy Minister John Dalli and Libyan Health Minister Mohammed Rashid in Tripoli.
The agreement covers cooperation in various areas, notably research into typically Mediterranean medical conditions.
Mr Dalli is in Libya as part of a delegation headed by President Eddie Fenech Adami.

they are not known for their trustworthiness.
