Lost post

This is not the first time I have written about some of Maltapost's failings. Some letters never reach their destination. Last January, I posted a document signed by a notary to my bank so that I could receive my cash card. But my letter never arrived.

Some letters never reach their destination. Last January, I posted a document signed by a notary to my bank so that I could receive my cash card. But my letter never arrived. And after many phone calls, I'm still without my card.

I am an invalid and to have spent six months without my card is intolerable. Maltapost said no post ever gets lost.

The envelope did not contain any money, but it would be nice to know what happened to my document. It seems no one cares.
