The Librarian: Quest for the Spear

Flynn Carsen is a 30-year-old graduate student who has managed to collect a whopping 22 university degrees; despite his brilliance, shy Flynn seems to have a hard time with the real world, and his mentor at school finally has him expelled so he can start putting his knowledge to work. Things are not much better for him at home, where his mother, Margie, wants him to meet a nice girl and settle down on his own. Needing a job, Flynn finds an unexpected opening with the New York Metropolitan Library, where Judson and Charlene hire him to look after a special collection.

It isn't long before Flynn learns how dangerous his job can be when he's approached by Lana and Rhodes, members of a secret underground mob known as the Serpent Brotherhood who happen to know that Flynn is the new guardian of the Spear of Destiny - and will stop at nothing to take it from him.

Richie wants to play baseball with some neighbourhood kids, but his parents instead hire Reggie Jackson to coach him. He wants to go out and play, but instead he gets aerobics training from Claudia Schiffer. When his parents disappear in the Bermuda Triangle, Richie suspects that Laurence Van Dogh, an employee of Rich Industries, is plotting to take over the company by killing his mum and dad. With trusty butler Cadbury, eccentric inventor Prof. Keenbean and some new friends his own age, Richie puts a plan together to foil Van Dogh's wicked scheme and rescue his parents.

American embassy security man Tom Parker had to leave behind his wife and daughter in Berlin and has been looking for a way back to find them. His chance comes when a secret military microwave satellite comes to life again, destroying a plane, and research states that this could only have been an action controlled from the frozen former capital of Germany.

To keep their relationship alive, she continues hooking, only to fuel an increasingly escalating deadly rage that leads into a lurid string of killings and the media's designation of her as the first female serial killer.
