Pharmacy of Your Choice registration
The Health Division is inviting residents of Mosta, Naxxar, Għargħur, St Paul's Bay, Burmarrad, Mġarr and Mellieħa who have not yet registered for the Pharmacy of Your Choice scheme to register immediately.
The government pharmacy in Mosta will remain open until August 14 and then patients will have to collect their medication from a private pharmacy.
When registering at a pharmacy of their choice, it is important for patients to take their identification document, the card listing their illnesses and the white paper entitling them to free medicine.
Once the application has been duly filled by the pharmacist, the patient is asked to visit his or her family doctor to fill in the second part of the form. This should then be taken back to the pharmacy in order to complete the procedure.
