Recently, Vodafone advertised on all local newspapers, using skateboards and BMX riders at the Msida skate park demonstrating their skills without wearing helmets and other safety protection like gloves and knee pads.

This goes right against all health and safety rules that our association has been promoting for many years: educating riders about the importance of wearing the helmet. Now since the skate park was created, all such rules have gone with the wind.

Who is responsible for the skate park and who authorised the shoots for advertising?
