Raymond Chircop's letter (July 16) regarding abuse by blue sticker holders must be taken very seriously by the authorities as it is common knowledge that a large number of blue stickers are being irresponsibly passed from one vehicle to another to the detriment of genuine holders with disability failing to find reserve parking bays. To eliminate this abuse there is only one solution and that is to have the number of the vehicle printed on the blue sticker for easy checking by the traffic police or wardens. Thus, no more "borrowing" will take place.
