Bathers in search of a ladder

Well done to the MTA for finally fixing the pier at Exiles beach. It was truly dangerous for many years. However, there are a couple of issues regarding the ladder. Where is it? Apparently the pier was resurfaced with the usual Maltese foresight...

Well done to the MTA for finally fixing the pier at Exiles beach. It was truly dangerous for many years.

However, there are a couple of issues regarding the ladder. Where is it? Apparently the pier was resurfaced with the usual Maltese foresight whereby holes were omitted from the plans, hence leaving no place to instal the ladder and no ladder to help us climb out of the water. Also, I don't know much about concrete but there are holes in the surface already.
