Thieves caught red handed
The police this morning caught two persons stealing construction material from a warehouse in Burmarrad.
The incident happened at about 3 a.m. when a policeman noted that people were inside a store in Burmarrad Road.
Officers from the district station and the mobile squad were called in and arrested a 22-year-old man and a 13-year-old boy from Naxxar who were allegedly stealing membrane rolls.
Further investigations are under way.
