I booked two seats for the Joseph Calleja concert over the internet about two months ago, choosing the row and seats in a position where to sit in an elevated position (section Q, row A, seats 4 and 5) as indicated on the original seating plan at quite a hefty price.

Instead we were seated in a corridor from where all the persons attending the concert had to pass to find their seats. Moreover, just in front of us was a hulk of a sixfooter, making visibility difficult.

I expected something better from NnG Promotions rather than having the position of the seating changed (with the same row and numbering but in a .different position) without as much as an "if you please".

The least NnG could have done was to inform me of the changes and ask whether this was acceptable. I understand that this is not the first time that NnG have made changes in similar occasions and this reflects the attitude they have towards the people who attend their promotions. Such an attitude is despicable.

Incidentally, the concert should have been promoted as Joseph Calleja and Friends, seeing that in the first half of the concert we heard Joseph Calleja only twice.
