In praise of Francis Ebejer

I must agree with Mark Anthony Bugeja's letter (July 11) about the production performed at Auberge de Castille in commemoration of the late Francis Ebejer.

It is my opinion that Francis Ebejer, arguably one of Malta's greatest playwrights and novelists, is not being remembered often enough by our younger generation. Recently I came across a very interesting one-hour-long documentary produced by the Broadcasting Authority, possibly the only documentary about Francis Ebejer.
