The Food Hygiene License B course, which will be held on Thursday, will help caterers avoid the contamination of food, as well as assist them in their drive towards higher standards in food production by providing their staff with the knowledge necessary to work in a hygienic and efficient manner.

The IHS is once again holding the NEBOSH International General Certificate in Health and Safety, starting in August. This course will provide candidates with a good foundation in health and safety.

NEBOSH courses set the standard for anyone who is concerned with health and safety at the workplace, and those who hold NEBOSH qualifications can be confident that they have achieved the benchmark for success at their chosen level.
