Usury arraignments

Two persons were arraigned on charges related to usury in the first six months of this year, Home Affairs Minister Carmelo Mifsud Bonnici said yesterday.

He told Labour MP Chris Agius in reply to a parliamentary question that nine persons were arraigned on similar charges last year.
