Let traffic flow through Msida
I completely disagree with Vincent Azzopardi when he said that the roads in Msida should be and would be closed at certain times on feast day.
There is no other way to go to Sliema or St Julians or to the hospital except via Birkirkara and then through the Birkirkara bypass and on to Sliema.
I do not think he has the right to tell people that, yet again, Msida will be closed to traffic on its feast days. People like me need to go to work or visit relatives in hospital and, yes, we have the right to do so.
So, I beg the authorities to consider the permit carefully.

This part of the Island has got to be one of the worst vehicle polluted areas in Malta. Its about time a bridge was planed further on the marina, where the Black Pearl restaurant is, so that buses and trafic, from Sliem to Valletta, and back won't have to go compleatly around Msida to continue on to Valletta. This will reduce a tremendous amount of polution from the turn in front of the church. It will also fix the FEAST problem.
