On a recent Sunday I was at the bus stop near the Addolorata Cemetery at about 8.10 a.m. A bus stopped and the driver told me it was on its way to hospital. I said thank you but I am going to Blata l-Bajda. He offered to take me as it was on his way, so I boarded the bus.

I was impressed by his good manners. He stopped at every bus stop announcing his route and addressed everybody as "Sir". When we arrived at Blata l-Bajda he advised me to be prudent while crossing the very busy road and he insisted on waiting while I crossed.

A real gentleman, who should be commended. Unfortunately, I did not get his bus number. ADT should be proud of this bus driver and it needs many more like him.
