MDU warning
The Malta Dockers' Union (MDU) said the GWU was mistaken if it thought it could continue to publish false allegations on MDU officials and its consultants without being contested.
The MDU warned that anyone, including the GWU leadership and its newspapers, who invented false claims to smear the MDU would be prosecuted in court.
MDU officials are open to criticism, complaints and suggestions from everyone but they were determined not to allow anyone to harm port workers or their representatives, the union said.
