Migrants land in boat at Xlendi

A group of 27 migrants, including four women, arrived on a boat in Xlendi at about 6 p.m. yesterday, the police said.

The police, who reached Xlendi when the migrants had already set foot ashore, said four males required medical attention and it was possible that they would be held at Gozo General Hospital for further treatment. The rest were transferred to Malta.
