The National Commission Persons With Disability - Kummissjoni Nazzjonali Persuni B'Diżabilita' has welcomed the news of Fr Martin Micallef's appointment as the new director at Dar tal-Providenza.

In addition to his research into learning difficulties and disability, Fr Micallef has been an active member of the commission for the past six years.

The commission thanked the outgoing director Mgr Lawrence Gatt for his service over the last 21 years and wished him well in his new post as chancellor at the Archbishop's Curia.
