Sean Paul to perform at Ta' Qali

King of R n' B Sean Paul, who has just finished touring with Madonna alongside his DJ, band and dancers, will perform at the Malta Fairs and Conventions Centre in Ta' Qali on August 14.

The concert will be presented by Easy Life Promotions.

Jamaica-born Sean Paul has hit tunes from Gimme The Light, Get Busy and Like Glue. Then came his massive duets, Baby Boy with Beyonce and I'm Still In Love With You with Sasha.

He has racked numerous prestigious awards, including the Grammy for best Reggae Album, along with nominations in the Best Male Rap Solo Performance and Best New Artiste categories.

He won MTV Europe's Best New Artiste Award while earning the MTV Video Music Award and American Music Award nominations.

Doors open at 8.30 p.m., with Ruby and Joseph Armani performing before the show. The main performance will take place at about 10.30 p.m.

An after-party will be held and will feature Miss Roberta and again Ruby and Armani.

Free transport will be organised for Gozitans.

The first 2,000 tickets will sell for €30.
