Proven cases of corruption
Justice and Home Affairs Minister Carm Mifsud Bonnici yesterday said the Permanent Commission Against Corruption had found three proven cases of corruption out of 378 cases it had been asked to investigate. The commission had closed 366 cases. The rest were still under investigation.
Dr Mifsud Bonnici gave the information in reply to a parliamentary question by José Herrera (MLP).

Three cases of corruption is three cases too many. Don't forget these were the only PROVEN cases. How many of the 366 others were given the benefit of the doubt??
