Injustices Tribunal decisions not yet implemented

There are a total of 13 favourable recommendations of the Tribunal for the Investigation of Injustices that have not yet been implemented, Prime Minister Lawrence Gonzi told Michael Falzon (MLP) in reply to a parliamentary question.

A number of these recommendations were being contested in court because certain companies were no longer owned by the government and others had failed to implement the tribunal's recommendations. In certain other cases the Public Service Commission did not agree with the tribunal's recommendations.
