'Earthquake' recorded off Gozo
An earthquake of magnitude 3.4 occurred this morning west of Gozo at 8.13 local time, the Seismic Monitoring and Research Unit of the University said.
Another earthquake, of magnitude around 1.8, occurred 3 days ago about 20km off the south-east coast of Malta.
The unit said the public is invited to visit the website www.phys.um.edu.mt/seismic for further information and to report any experience related to these events.
