After years of shameful neglect it is encouraging to see works in progress on San Maison's boathouse which, of course, is of notable historic interest.

One now hopes that the famous gabbana (kiosk) down Princess Melita Road and the fountain found in Pietà Marina Gardens will also be seen to by the powers that be, considering that they are in complete shambles.
