UHM orders industrial action at NSO
The Union Haddiema Maghqudin has ordered workers at the National Statistics Office not to perform any work related to Eurostat as from tomorrow.
The directive was issued because of delays in the opening of talks on a new collective agreement.
The union said it submitted its proposals six months ago and had received no reply.

Can anyone give me an explanation why Government continues to pay workers while on partial strike? Again can anyone name me one private concern that follows this line? It is no wonder that the UHM is so prompt to call for partial strikes which many times means no work at all. This I am writing from personal experience.
