Mr Triganza, the position of Chancellor at the Archbishop's Curia is an administrative one and has nothing to do with the Church's Tribunal and its judgements, which are the immediate responsibility of the Judicial Vicar of the Archdiocese. This is being stated for the record only - without in any way touching upon the workings of either, although both Offices ultimately fall under the responsibility of the Archbishop.

Mr.Farrugia you must respect other people's opinion. It takes two to tango - it needs two people to love one another, if one fails to love the other then what happens?? Does someone have to live a miserable life just because of your mentality? I got my marriage annullment because I had all the necessary reasons to prove it. Yes, like it or not, 18 years to end a case at the Curia is a shame!!

no Mr Triganza the shame should be on you and not on the Curia. The curia did not tell you to separate or to divorce or to let family sorrows wreck your marraige. The curia tells you to love one another, and not to separate. The curia tells you to forgive one another. So please dont' put the shame where it should never be.

I hope this new Curia Chancellor will be more generous and lenient with the public who unfortunately have to pass their sorrow at the Curia. It took me 18 years of my life to obtain marriage annullment from the Curia, many of those years wasted in red tape. 18 years of shame!!
