AFM rescue operation
An Armed Forces of Malta helicopter went to the rescue of Hungarian Peter Kolzkza, 15, who dislodged a knee at the Blue Lagoon, Comino yesterday afternoon. The AFM acted on a report from the police in Victoria. Rescuer Lance Bombardier Thadeus Dimech brought the boy aboard and the helicopter flew him to Mater Dei Hospital. The aerial photograph of the AFM's Alouette on the ground in Comino is by Captain Anthony Zammit who was in another Alouette.
