Venus ends Tamarine's dream run
Champion Venus Williams ended Thai Tamarine Tanasugarn's dream run at Wimbledon with a 6-4 6-3 win in the quarter-finals on Tuesday.
The seventh seed, chasing a fifth title at the All England Club, eade sure an all-Williams women's final was still on the cards by reaching the semi-finals for the seventh time.
