47 youths caught in entertainment spots

During the first five months of this year the police found 47 youths aged under 16 in entertainment establishments. Four of them were also found to have been served alcohol. The police are proceeding against 30 persons with responsibilities in the entertainment places where the youths were found.

Six other under-aged persons were found drinking alcohol in streets and were given warnings.

47 in 152 days=0.30 per day
Is this correct Mr Minister
If so,who claims we have a problem is dreaming.
Any ways the figure shows under 16 youth who just entered entertainment establishments, are concerts included?
As far as I am concerned the HEADING is very wrong and misleading how can you stop a kid from entering AN ENTERTAINEMNT SPOT ?It should read 4 YOUTHs CAUGHT drinking in first 5 months which amounts to 0.02 per day.....And ? So ? What next ? No BIG DEAL !!!!!!!
