Team building activities

Employees from Go's retail sales and channel management teams during the team-building programme.

The Go retail sales and channel management team recently attended a full-day training activity on team-building.

Staged at Popeye Village, the programme was developed and conducted by Dorianne Bianco Mallia, Go's Human Resources business partner and Ramona Borg, training team assistant manager with Esmeralda Micallef Zerafa, training consultant for New Training Dynamics and Danica Briffa, games organiser for Out Door Living Malta. The programme sought to encourage team spirit through group skills, communication and bonding. Employees were asked to take part in bridge-building, water tube, and boat-building.

In between challenges, the training consultant updated employees on the ability to develop an effective team in the context of the challenge and on how to strengthen mutual cooperation and trust among team players.
