The Prime Minister's wife Kate Gonzi was recently presented a self-portrait by artist Matthew Cassar after she inaugurated Unita '08, a fundraising art and sculpture exhibition by over 60 artists at the Marsascala parish hall. Each year the organising committee commissions one of the participating artists to create a painting for Mrs Gonzi who inaugurates this annual event. The exhibition, which closes today, is open from 9 to 1 p.m. and 7.30 to 10.30 p.m. Looking on is Marsascala parish priest Martin Micallef.
