A 25-year-old woman from Birkirkara was yesterday conditionally discharged for three years after she admitted to stealing a camera from the Danish Village.

Magistrate Antonio Micallef Trigona heard that the woman had taken the camera and other items from several people on Wednesday night.

The court took into consideration the fact that the items cost less than €2,239 (Lm1,000).

Police Inspector Therese Sciberras prosecuted. Lawyer Chris Cardona appeared for Ms Borg.
