Prisoners at CCF

Eight of the 413 prisoners at the Corradino Correctional Facility are sentenced for life, Justice Minister Carmelo Mifsud Bonnici said yesterday.

He told Labour MP Carmelo Abela in reply to a parliamentary question that three of the five jailed for life are foreigners. 136 prisoners, including 60 foreigners, are awaiting judgement.
