CARUANA. On June 21 at Zammit Clapp Hospital, JOSEPH (ex-director - Ambassador Shirts) aged 84, passed away peacefully, comforted by the rites of Holy Church. He leaves to mourn his loss his beloved wife, Monica née Frendo Azzopardi, his stepson Randolph and his wife Sandra, his brother John, his in-laws Mary, widow of his brother Arthur, Josephine, widow of his brother Arthur, Josephine, widow of his brother Henry, his nephews Tonio, George, Ivan and their spouses, his in-laws, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends. The funeral leaves Zammit Clapp Hospital today at 8.15 a.m. for Balluta parish church where Mass praesente cadavere will be said at 8.30 a.m. followed by interment at Santa Maria Addolorata cemetery. No flowers by request but donations to Dar tal-Providenza will be greatly appreciated. Special thanks to the staff at Zammit Clapp Hospital for their care and attention. She leaves to mourn her loss, her children Michael and his wife Antoinette, Rita and her husband Joseph Bonello, Anthony and his wife Marie Louise, Paul, Maria and her husband Hector Buhagiar, her brother Saviour Micallef, her treasured grandchildren and great-grandchildren, relatives and friends. FAVA. On June 21, at Mater Dei Hospital, JOSEPHINE, aged 69, of Luqa, passed away peacefully, comforted by the rites of Holy Church. She leaves to mourn her loss her husband Albert, her children Brigitte and her husband Hubert Mugliett, Pierre, Claudette and her husband Robert Caruana Fava, her nephews and nieces, Andrè, Luca and Martina, her brothers and sisters Paul, Carmen and Rita, her in-laws Emma, Andrew, Katie and their spouses and Dr Antoine Mifsud Bonnici, husband of the late Rose, many relatives and friends. ILES. On June 22, at St Vincent De Paul Residence, VICTORIA, of Senglea, residing at Marsascala , widow of Ralph, aged 95, passed away peacefully comforted by the rites of Holy Church. She leaves to mourn her loss her sons George and his wife Jo, Eddie and his wife Riitta and John and his wife Maria, her grandchildren and their respective spouses, great-grandchildren, nephews and nieces, other relatives and friends. SACCO. On June 22, JOSEPHINE née Maistre, aged 84, widow of Major Maurice Sacco MBE, passed away peacefully comforted by the rites of Holy Church. She leaves to mourn her loss her children Marguerite and her husband Salvu Xerri, Patricia and her husband Rodger Dyckhoff, Mark and his wife Marie-Claire, her loving grandchildren Philipa, Christopher, Mikela and Selina, as well as family and friends. Funeral arrangements will be announced at a later date. The family would like to thank the staff at Casa Antonia and the doctors and staff at the ITU department at Mater Dei Hospital for their loving care and devotion.
