David Spiteri Gingell, chief executive of Enemalta, has resigned 'for personal reasons' Enemalta said today.

The resignation came into effect on Friday.

Alexander Tranter, Chairman of the Corporation praised Mr Spiteri Gingell for his contribution to a number of important initiatives including the conclusion of a new collective agreeement and the prepartion of an organisational restructuring plan to transform the corporation into a more flexible and efficient organisation.
