Obituary
AGIUS. On June 18, HENRY V., aged 77, passed away peacefully at Mater Dei Hospital. He leaves to mourn his loss, his beloved wife May, née Drake, his daughters Lorraine, wife of Johan Zuidema, Sharon, wife of Mark Borg Costanzi, his son Cliff and wife RoseAnne, his treasured grandchildren Jack, Kate, Sara, Juliet, Justin and Betsy, his brother Louis and wife Victoria and sister Lilian and husband Harry, other relatives and friends. Mass praesente cadavere will be said today at 9.15 a.m. at St Julians parish church, followed by interment at the Santa Maria Addolorata Cemetery. No flowers by request but donations to Dar tal-Providenza, Siġġiewi, would be appreciated. The family would like to express their appreciative thanks to all the doctors, nurses and staff for their care and dedication. Lord, grant him eternal rest.
STIVALA. On June 19, at Mater Dei Hospital, JOSEPHINE of Lija, aged 89, passed away peacefully comforted by the rites of Holy Church. She leaves to mourn her loss her nephew Salvatore Muscat, Stella Muscat, Mary Rose Francica and her son Andrew, Marthese, her husband Pierre Muscat and their son Brandon, nephews and nieces, other relatives and friends. The funeral leaves Mater Dei Hospital tomorrow at 8 a.m. for Our Saviour parish church, Lija, where Mass praesente cadavere will be said at 8.30 a.m., followed by interment at Lija cemetery.

HAYES. My dear BERYL, it is eight long years since you went to meet your Holy Father in heaven. You are sadly missed by your husband Tom, your family and my family, also your many friends both in Malta and England and all who were fortunate enough to have known you, but most of all by the many children who loved you so much and who loved you so much in return. They have all grown up into very fine young ladies and young gentlemen and you would be so proud of them all. Our neighbours and friends often speak about you, and a day never passes without somebody mentioning your name. May God bless and hold you close, Beryl, although we cannot see or touch you anymore we feel your presence all around us each and every day. Please pray for us all Beryl until the day comes when we will all meet again.

Concert at Mdina
A concert of works by Carmelo Pace, the famed Maltese composer, will take place at Mdina Cathedral on Tuesday at 7.30 p.m., organised by the Mdina Cathedral Museum Committee.
Returning to its original venue, the concert will have a religious theme due to its location. Opening with the one-act biblical ballet Ruth, the spectacular programme will climax with Pace's Easter cantata, The Eternal Triumph.
The composer's entire collection of over 500 diverse pieces were donated to the Cathedral Museum on his death in 1993.
Gozo's Gaulitanus Choir will interpret the works, featuring solos by Rita Dimech, Joseph Buttigieg, Margaret Plant, Joseph Calleja and Stephanie Buttigieg.
The Gaulitanus Choir Orchestra, led by Tatjana Chircop, will be performing under Colin Attard, who has directed all concerts featuring the composer's masterpieces since 1997.
Entrance is free of charge.
Interior design course

Feast of Opus Dei founder
Archbishop Paul Cremona will be celebrating Mass today at 7.30 p.m. at the Church of Our Lady of Victories, Valletta on the occasion of the feast of St Josemaría Escrivá, founder of Opus Dei.
