The Ombudsman intends to shortly propose measures for the strengthening of public administration audit structures for institutions set up by law, which, he believes, should be accountable to the House, the Speaker said yesterday.

Dr Galea told Labour MP Evarist Bartolo that in such instances the House should have the last say on cases referred to it.
