Neptunes will be organising their annual summer swimming and waterpolo schools between July and September at the club's fresh water pool in St Julians.

Participants may choose either morning or afternoon lessons. They will be split into various groups, according to age and ability, with special emphasis on teaching the correct breathing and swimming stroke techniques.

Last summer over 200 swimmers attended the school and the majority of participants completed the course.

The Neptunes Swimming Unit was established more than 20 years ago and many of Malta's present and past national team swimmers have had their swimming grassroots at Neptunes.

The waterpolo school, under the guidance of Gużi Attard, is organised for children aged between eight and 14 years. Waterpolo training will be held on Tuesday and Thursday mornings.

Attard will be assisted by Neptunes captain Niki Lanzon and Player of the Year Steve Camilleri.
