Warden watching
Are traffic wardens exempt from driving with seat belts?
The other day I saw the same traffic warden drive by without her seat belt on for the third time.

Shoot short movies of the culprits (or even still shots) and post them on YouTube.

Wardens and other officials abuse because we do not take action and report them. In this case Betty should have noticed her car number and reported the case both to the police and to the wardens' office. Reporting only in the papers gets you nowhere.

Dear warden agency we the public are still waiting for your comments, or maybe no comment means you are above the law?

The wardens flout the law like its going out of fashion, talking on mobiles, parking in the middle of the road to chat with their work mates in other cars and constantly driving without seat belts one male culprit was driving towards the university on the b'kara bypass on saturday 14 june 2008 at 13.55 in car no.jet 026, who is going to fine him or better still expell him from his job.

Publish her car number plate next time. That's more likely to get things done.
