The promo also refers to the second edition of the Malta International Fashion Show to be held in Gozo on July 5. The two-hour fashion show is being hosted by TV Moda owner and presenter Jo Squillo. During the launching of the event last month Ms Squillo said she was effusive about Gozo's natural attractions.
The organisers, Renaissance Productions Ltd and the Malta Tourism Authority, which is supporting the event, are confident that such exposure will have a positive lasting effect on Gozo's tourism sector.
The show itself, featuring Gozo as a tourist attraction, will be aired around 12 times on the station that has almost two million viewers in Italy alone and can be seen in 45 countries.
Victoria's St Augustine Square will be transformed into a true luxurious venue under the artistic direction of TV Moda's management for top fashion designers Giorgio Armani, Versace, Salvatore Ferragamo, Enrico Coveri and Valentino among others. Their collections are to be showcased by a host of top models.
Maltese designers Charles and Ron are also presenting their designs.
Tickets are available from www.maltaticket.com and all Vodafone, Exotique and Agenda Bookshop outlets at €60 in the VIP gold section and €35 in the silver section.
